DUO for a JOB makes its expertise available to all in order to contribute to the development of relevant policies and practices for professional integration and social cohesion.


Our goals
Mentoring allows us to provide individualized solutions to public policy issues. However, since these challenges are recurring and collective, political action is required to address them in a more structural way.
The primary goal of our advocacy is to highlight both the challenges faced and the positive impact of mentoring at the individual level, while also advocating for the structural changes needed to remove the barriers and difficulties encountered by young people and/or mentors.
