DUO for a JOB is an association that offers an intergenerational mentoring program aimed at promoting equal opportunities on the job market for young people with an immigration background, but also at value the experience of our seniors and thus contribute to a fairer and more united society.
What is DUO for a JOB ?
A free mentoring program
a young person looking for work and a mentor in pairs for 6 months under the supervision of a coordinator.

which favors transmitting, listening and exchange and allows deconstructing prejudices.
