DUO for a JOB is een vereniging die een intergenerational mentoring program aimed at promoting equal opportunities on the job market for young people with an immigration background, but also at valuing the experience of seniors and thus contributing to a fairer and more inclusive society.
Wat is DUO for a JOB ?
Een gratis mentorprogramma
een jongere die op zoek is naar werk en een mentor in paren gedurende 6 maanden onder toezicht van een coördinator.
Een intergenerationele ontmoeting
wat gunstig is zendt uit, luisteren en uitwisselen en maakt het mogelijk vooroordelen deconstrueren.
Workshops voor groepen
workshops voor het zoeken naar werk en interviewsimulaties onder begeleiding van HR professionals.

waar iedereen komt met zijn levensverhaal, zijn verlangens, zijn verschillen en waar we ga in je eigen tempo.
