Since 2013, we have created more than 4200 intergenerational duos in the Brussels region to facilitate the socio-professional integration of young people from immigration looking for work. The mentors we have trained to support them are committed volunteer professionals who share their experience, support and expert advice with these young people. We are supported by numerous organizations and institutions and a strong associative ecosystem.
