    Our goals and priorities

    Drawing on real field experience, we have developed our expertise and believe it is our responsibility to use it to bear witness and to broadcast the voice of those we accompany at the local, national and international level. As a priority, we wish to:

    • Raise awareness of the benefits of diversity through the media and social networks
    • Promote partnerships and collective work with charitable and trade union organisations
    • Provide input to political representatives and argue for the implementation of recommendations
    • Share our findings and ideas for action with public bodies
    • Support employers in implementing positive diversity management
    • Collaborate with the academic sector and research organisations
