A project with a strong social impact
By joining DUO for a JOB, mentors and mentees get to know each other. By creating a long-term relationship of trust, they discover the reality of the other, what unites them, and develop empathy and understanding that are the ingredients of a more just, united and inclusive society.
What is it?
DUO for a JOB is a intergenerational mentoring program over 6 months that promotes the socio-professional integration of young people with an immigration background while promoting the experience of people aged 50+.
For whom?
Young people aged 18 to 33 of foreign origin, facing specific challenges in the job market, and seniors nearing the end of their careers or retirees seeking an enriching and meaningful volunteer experience.
How do we act?
By matching duos based on key criteria such as sector of activity, availability, and personality, and providing a high-quality, professional environment, we foster strong bonds of trust and empower everyone to achieve their goals.

How to support us?
Since the DUO for a JOB mentoring program is completely free for our participants, the support of financial partners is a prerequisite for our existence, our development, as well as for the sustainability of our action. By funding our program you allow us to work on a daily basis to:
reduce inequalities in access to the labour market for young people with a migrant background
valorize the skills and experience of 50+ people
recreate social ties and local solidarity

The apprenticeship tax
Do you want to give meaning to your apprenticeship tax? Support DUO! Businesses can choose to pay 30% of their apprenticeship tax to associations that work for the training and professional integration of young people, such as DUO.
The apprenticeship tax amount corresponds to 0.68% of your gross payroll for the previous year. This sum is then divided into 2 parts:
84% recovered by URSSAF monthly to finance apprenticeships
13% tax balance paid annually to support the development of training courses (excluding apprenticeships) and professional integration
