In 2021, DUO for a JOB set up in the Lille Metropolitan Area to offer its intergenerational mentoring programme, contributing to the socio-professional integration of people from immigrant backgrounds. Thanks to the support of numerous institutional partners and a solid network of associations, 330 duos have already been created and mentored by our team.
