Als Regiomanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle start en verdere uitbouw van onze vestiging in Utrecht, met de ambitie om het programma op termijn ook in de bredere regio Utrecht te verankeren. Je leidt de implementatie van ons intergenerationeel mentorprogramma, bouwt aan een lokaal operationeel team en zorgt voor kwalitatieve begeleiding van de duo’s (mentoren en mentees).

As a Mentoring Program Officer, you ensure the smooth running of the mentoring program. This means informing and meeting with participants (mentors and mentees), helping to train mentors, and finally creating, supporting, and evaluating the duos.
